Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I will do my best to find a resolution.

I am responsible for:

• Faults in workmanship

• Items damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging)

• Errors made on my end

I am not responsible for:

• Incorrect measurements provided

• Not reading the item description

• Incorrect shipping address

• Change of mind

• Damage reported after 48 hours

But even if the issue is not my fault, I will still try to find a resolution with you.

Custom and made to measure items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We cannot offer refunds for digital products that have been delivered.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund if:

• The product was not as described

• Technical issues prevent you from accessing the product

• You purchased the same product twice by mistake

How do I order a custom corset?

Get ready to chat! The process is super collaborative and we'll talk a lot to make sure I bring your dream corset to life.

• Step 1: The Idea: Send me your inspiration, anything from pictures to a detailed description! 
  To make this step easier Fill out this form

• Step 2: The Plan: I'll create a design or idea board and give you a price estimate based on all the lovely details.

• Step 3: Let's Do This! Once you approve the design and price, a 50% deposit secures your spot in my queue and lets me buy all your beautiful materials.

• Step 4: I Get to Work: I'll send you updates and might ask you questions. I can make some changes to the corset if needed (Small tweaks are fine, but big changes might affect the price).

• Step 5: It's Ready! I'll show you your finished corset with photos and a video. After you give it a thumbs-up, just pay the final balance and I'll ship it out to you!

In addition to corsets, I love creating skirts, shirts, and other custom clothing.
